If you accidentally closed an extension during the exam or it closed spontaneously as a result of an unexpected technical failure, you must log in again. Your session remains active for 5 minutes. After this time, the test button in the Examus extension will no longer be displayed.

 

If you failed to log in to Examus within 5 minutes, you will need to try to pass the test once again. Contact us at support@examus.net and add the address of the support department of your educational institution. Add a description of the situation and a request for a new attempt to pass the exam. Usually, new attempts are provided not earlier than on the next day after the current test.
