1. Refresh the page (the F5 button in Windows, or cmd+r in MacOS).
  2. Go to the My profile (Personal account) section. Open the list of courses available, and try to open the link for the required exam from there.
  3. If there is no link for the exam, or if the test does not appear when you click on the link with the exam name, the problem is with the website of the test provider. Take a screenshot and contact the technical support of the training organizers with a request to check the settings for this exam.
