If a proctor disconnected you from the test, it means you violated the testing rules established by your organizer. As a technical support team, we do not discuss potential cheating attempts recorded by the proctor, nor do we make decisions regarding them. Therefore, contacting us about this matter is not useful. You were disqualified by the proctor for a rule violation.
If your exam was invalidated by a proctor and you were disqualified, rescheduling for another day or using a reserve exam day is not provided for.
