I can't sign in to the exam

Please make sure you use the link provided to you by the testing organizer. If you did not receive a login link, please contact the training provider and ask them to re-send it to you.

  • If you see the message "Incorrect login or password", please check that you are entering the correct credentials. If you are sure that the data is correct, contact the testing organizer to have your password re-set.
  • If the page refreshes when you log in and nothing happens afterward, clear your browser's cookies and try signing in again.

Note: Examus Support will not be able to recover or change your password or login to the test. Reach out to the testing organizer to get new credentials.
