Can't see the "Provide access to the screen" window (macOS)

If you are using macOS 10.15 Catalina or newer, you need to give your browser additional screen recording permission in the system settings.


To do this:

  1. Click Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording.
  2. Check the box next to the program that you want to allow screen recording access to.
  3. If the option is grayed out, you must turn off the protection first. Click the lock icon and enter the administrator's name and password in order to change the settings.


After that, restart your browser and try passing the Examus system check again.
