If you're not able to log in to the exam, you need to check whether cookie files are allowed in your browser.
Here's what you need to do:
- Allow cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: go to chrome://settings/cookies and select "Show all cookies"
- Microsoft Edge: go to edge://settings/content, select "Allow sites to save and read cookie data"
- Using incognito mode? Open a new incognito page and turn off 3rd-party cookie blocking:
- Try using a different browser.
After you enabled cookies, restart your browser and try to sign in to the exam again.
