If TCP/UDP points in Network fails, that's mean you have TCP/UDP traffic blocked. This may be due to several reasons. Please, try these recommendations:
- Disable Windows Firewall (Control Panel \ System and Security \ Windows Defender Firewall);
- Disable the firewall of your antivirus;
- Check the network settings of your provider and / or your corporate network, try to contact the provider technical support service or your system administrator for help, indicate that the following ports are required for the application to work:

An alternative could be to use another Internet connection, without restrictions on the transmission of UDP traffic.
