To avoid technical problems during the test, before start testing we recommend:
- Clear cache (Ctrl+Shift+R for Windows, Command+Shift+R for macOS) and reboot browser. To do this, enter a new tab chrome://restart for Google Chrome (browser://restart if you using Yandex.Browser or edge://restart for Microsoft Edge) press Enter, then re-login in the test system;
- Reboot your computer;
- Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) make sure that there is no working applications in background mode, and if they are working you should disable in tab «Processes» (For macOS - use «Force Quit» press these three keys together - Command+Alt+Esc);
- VPN and other services for remote control (TeamViewer, RAdmin, Windows Remote Desktop) is prohibited during testing;
- Disable antivirus firewall;
- If there are any problems with streaming or loading of web-pages during test, you should reboot your browser (In Google Chrome at new tab enter: chrome://restart or browser://restart if you using Yandex.Browser or edge://restart for Microsoft Edge, and press Enter).
