Error: Web-streaming Issues

The reason for this error is a weak or unstable Internet connection. The minimum acceptable internet connection speed for proctored exams is 1 Mbit/s. 

We recommend the following steps to resolve the error:

  • Close any third-party applications that use your Internet connection.
  • If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, try changing your connection to the cable. If you cannot use a cable connection, place your computer/laptop as close as possible to the Wi-Fi router.
  • If other users besides you are connected to the same network, ask them not to use the Internet during the test and disconnect their devices from the network. 
  • Try using a different Internet connection. For example, share mobile Internet from your smartphone via an access point.
