The problem is caused by a slow Internet connection. The recommended speed for passing exams with proctoring is 1 Mbps and higher.

For a solution, check the following points:

  • Restart Wi-Fi router
  • Connect the LAN cable directly to the computer
  • Disconnect other devices using the same network
  • Temporarily disable VPN (if possible)
  • Use another Internet connection source (e.g.: mobile Internet)
