Multiple cameras connected or unable to select desired camera

If multiple cameras are connected to your computer try these:

Case #1

  1. Press the lock button in your browser's address bar and turn on switches for the camera and microphone.
  2. Reload the page.

Case #2

  1. Click on the camera icon on the right side of the address bar.
  2. Press Site settings (Windows) or Manage (macOS)
  3. Go to Camera
  4. Select the camera you need from the drop-down list.
  5. Reload the page.

For multiple microphones follow the same steps.

Case #3

Try to use Incognito mode. Press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (macOS) in your browser.
