The error occurs if the microphone is disabled on your computer. To solve the problem, try this:

  1. Press Win+R.
  2. Type in mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
  3. Click on the Recording tab and double-click on your microphone.
  4. Check if the microphone device is Enabled:


  5. Check the Levels tab. Unmute the microphone if it's muted, raise the volume level:


  6. Restart the Examus system check and see if you can access the test.
