The error occurs if the microphone is disabled on your computer. To solve the problem, try this:
- Press Win+R.
- Type in mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
- Click on the Recording tab and double-click on your microphone.
- Check if the microphone device is Enabled:
- Check the Levels tab. Unmute the microphone if it's muted, raise the volume level:
- Restart the Examus system check and see if you can access the test.
