The "Failed to upload files to the storage" error appears if the outgoing speed of the Internet connection is insufficient.
Solution
- Check that your computer meets the minimum technical requirements;
- Close any browser tabs that can use your internet connection (except the one with the exam);
- Change the Internet connection to a more stable one and repeat the system check;
- Disable third-party applications that can use your webcam, connect the cable from the router directly to the computer, disconnect all devices other than your computer from the router, and restart the router;
- Temporarily disable firewalls and anti-viruses, as they can interfere with the broadcast;
- For MacOS users: make sure that the access to your screen is not blocked in MacOS settings;
- For Lenovo laptop owners: make sure access to the camera is allowed in Lenovo software;
- If you are taking the test in a classroom or a training room, check with your system administrator to see if certain ports are blocked by network security policies;
- Try using a different computer.
After you followed the instructions, restart the browser and re-start the Examus system check.
