Click the cookie icon in the address bar and then click "Configure":
In the window that opens, go to the "Blocked" tab. Click on each cookie file one by one and select "Allow." Once finished, click "Done."
You can also go to the page `browser://settings/content`, scroll down to "Cookies," select "Allowed," and uncheck the box for "Block third-party cookies."
Are you using Incognito mode? Disable the blocking of third-party cookies in the settings on the page.
Try using a different browser.
After adjusting these settings, restart your browser and try to access the exam again. If the problem persists, proceed to the next step of the instructions.
