TCP and\or UDP (WebRTC) check fails #649

If the TCP and\or UDP check fails, it indicates that your TCP\IP traffic is blocked.

In this ase, you need to perform tha following:

  • Turn off your firewall while taking your exam.

  • Turn off network shield of your antivirus until your exam is over.

  • Contact your network provider and ask to open data transmission through the following ports:

    • TCP: 443 (HTTPS), 3478 (STUN/TURN)

    • UDP: 3478 (STUN/TURN), 49152 - 65535 (WebRTC media)

If you have no such an ability to manage TCP\IP rules or if the problem persists, tey swithing to another network where these ports might be open.
